Hi Everybody,
The processor for your postage fees is STRIPE.
You each went to backer kit, put your credit card and postage information into backer kit.
You will therefore, see a charge on your statement from Stripe.
If you dispute your postage fees you will be automatically banned from receiving your rewards as your dispute has caused a penalty.

Hi Everybody!
Just an update to report that merchandise is starting to arrive at our fulfillment center!
It's all coming together!
We've got some proofs of the book and it looks fantabulous. We should have our final proof pretty soon and we'll be able to place our orders as soon as we do! It's possible that there might be a couple/few weeks delay, but we will keep you posted, of course!
We've also got some special surprises and additions that you'll see when your pledge levels arrive.
We'll report to you as we finalize everything!

Credit card processing issue are resolved!!

Hey everybody!!
As some of you know, there was an issue with the credit card processing. If you received a failed payment notice or a rejected payment notice, PLEASE try again!
There was an extra filter added on to our processing requirements which may have prevented some of your charges from going through.
It should be sorted now!!

Postage Sorted, Last Reminder for Surveys!

Hey All!
Postage is sorted. You'll find it better we think.
Don't forget to complete your surveys. Any changes and add ons need to be completed before we lock down surveys, and after that, no more changes can be made to them.
We'll be locking down surveys at 8am British Time, (6 hours from now) so have your final browses while you can!

Shipping & Backer Kit Surveys (Don't Despair!)

Hey Everybody!
Don't despair on shipping! We've sorted something out so that shipping won't be an arm and a leg, so to speak.
There's good news and bad news. We've sorted it so that shipping is greatly reduced for Australia, New Zealand and the EEA. Costs have been reduced to (starting at) about $13USD for a soft cover book only pledge level and increasing as weight increases.
The bad news is that it means all non US pledge levels will be delayed being mailed by a couple/few weeks.
We are in the BackerKit system now, working on getting it all sorted.
Don't worry, NO CARDS WILL BE CHARGED UNTIL IT GETS SORTED OUT.
You CAN complete your surveys. Your card will NOT be charged before postage is changed in the system.
